Does Casa Condominiums have a heated swimming pool?
Yes. The pool is heated each winter from November through February.
Does Casa Condominiums have washers and dryers in all vacation rentals?
There is a laundry room on every floor except the ground level. Three-bedroom condos and the Penthouse include in-unit washers and dryers.
How close is Casa Condominiums to the beach?
Casa Condominiums is beachfront. A short walk over the dune walkover puts you right on the sand.
Does Casa provide daily maid service like a hotel?
No. Units are cleaned prior to arrival. Fresh towels are available at the front desk in exchange for used ones.
Does Casa provide beach or pool towels?
Towels and linens are provided for use inside the condos. Please bring your own pool and beach towels.
Do you have beach chairs set up on the beach?
No. You are welcome to bring your own folding chairs or purchase from local shops. Vendors are also available to set up chairs and a canopy/umbrella.
Do you have BBQ grills on the property?
Yes. Three charcoal grills are available in the pool area on a first-come, first-served basis. Please bring charcoal and lighter fluid. Grills are not allowed on patios.
What hours does the ferry operate?
The ferry runs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
What if we arrive after midnight?
Call the office before it closes to let us know. We will place your key in a lockbox outside the lobby door with instructions.
Is early check-in available?
Check-in begins at 4 pm. If your unit is ready earlier, we are happy to check you in. If not, our front desk can provide attraction and dining information so you can start enjoying the area while we finish preparing your unit.

Does Casa Condominiums have golf cart access?
Yes. You can access Casa from the beach by golf cart; it is one of the few condominiums with direct beach access for carts.
