Casa on the Beach has welcomed families to Mustang Island since 1983. We are one beachfront resort of individually owned condominiums, so every unit is furnished by its owner and no two are quite alike. What does not change is the location, the staff, and the walkover that puts you on the sand in under a minute. Our front desk is staffed daily and a real person picks up.

Studios to the Penthouse

Casa's floor plans run from poolside studios sleeping four, up through one-bedroom and two-bedroom Gulf-front condos, all the way to the penthouse on the sixth floor with a private rooftop deck. Every condo has a full kitchen and a private balcony or patio. The building has 52 privately owned units, so each one is furnished by its owner and no two are quite alike.
