Hope Devlin Kids’ Fishing Tournament is open to anglers ages 16 and younger. Proceeds benefit the Youth Development Foundation Scholarship Program. Events will take place at the Dennis Dryer Municipal Harbor at Robert’s Point Park Pavilion.
